Why is it that there seems to be a rash of 7-year olds lately that have gotten behind the wheel and driven cars (even with the parent's permission)? This particular story is about a boy in Utah that really didn't want to go to church. So what does a typical boy do? No - not kick and scream and cause a scene in church. He just runs out to the parking lot and takes the car for a little joy ride - with the cops tailing him the whole way. Enjoy the video below.
